9/11
Sitting here watching several documentaries and just reflecting on everything that happened that day. School was different that day, I remember it vividly. We hardly got any learning done, we were watching the news the entire time and on the way home we knew it was going to be different. Nine years since that day, it's been nine years and still it's vivid in our minds.
I still shake my head with those that think the government "planned" all of this from the beginning. Yes, they were a little 'laxed on securities, letting them in the country with out pass ports? Not listening to intell? The result was devastating, but we didn't let them win. We held our heads up high, stepped up our game completely.
We're human. We're going to have our differences, our opinions, I'm stating my own. 9/11 happened, it was real. It was extremely real and if you think our government was in on it the entire time? That they caused it and brought it upon themselves with planted bombs and faked phone calls? Then you have got some twisted opinions. Can you honestly listen to those who were victims, those who survived and those who lost loved ones? Look at what our firefighters, look at those who brought the plane down in that field, those who risked their lives to save others? Still have the gall to call the whole thing a hoax? It makes me sick and sad for some of the people that call themselves Americans. That is my opinion and I voice it as is my right.
I remember. I'll always remember.
