Things are looking better (also Vdex)

The prisms for my glasses came in today. I was supposed to get them a long time ago but the manufactuerers were stupid or something. Anyway, it's amazing to be able to see one image again. The image is distorted (Kinda like looking through a fish eye lens) But it's way better than barely being able to see at all. Coming back from the place, I was actually seeing the cars in their proper lane instead of in the middle of the road while my mom was driving. I can't use it for the computer because the light reflects on it and glares it up so I can't see, but that doesn't matter since I don't need it for the computer anyway. Lights in general are hard to look at. Again, though, at least I can see now. So I'm really happy. Also they look kinda cool, there are grooves going down vertically so it looks like my glasses are broken xD
On the way back I saw a Halloween store opening, so of course I had to go. It was huge. There was a whole bunch of stuff. Way better than any other store I've been to. They had this awesome werewolf costume that I want, so I might get that if I don't finish finding stuff for my Undertaker cosplay by then. Speaking of which, I found a scythe that is closer to the undertaker's scythe than the one I already have, so I got that. All I need to do it paint the stick white. I also got this awesome cat pen that when you press on it, it meows and shines a blue light.
My favorite part of the store, however, was that they had a section dedicated entirely to large halloween animatronic props. They were so awesome. My mom said they were creepy but I thought they were amazing. There was one I really wanted (it was an undead looking vampire thing with claws that quickly lunges forward and makes noise and eyes light up red and stuff) but we don't have any room for it. It was only like $136 too. Of course, it seemed to be cheaply made. It looked really good but I checked it out and the inside is basically made of wire and plastic servos. So it probably isn't very durable. Some of the stuff out for display was broken too. But still, it was great, it was like visiting an amusement park. I wanna go there again just so I can go and see them xD (Bah I'm such a nerd. They make a lot of noise so I worry about bothering the people there too)
Because I haven't ben able to do much I found this cool pokemon browser game called Vdex Project. It's really fun and addicting and has helped give me something to do and help me fight the depression. It would be great if I could have some more friends there. If you're interested: http://vdexproject.net/
I bring this up because I got one of the rarest pokemon in the game (Houndour btw, yeah, I know thats odd.) through a mystery egg (the only way to get it besides trading), and it was the first time ever getting a mystery egg. So yeah. All that stuff made me feel a lot happier and more hopeful for the future. This was the first good day I've had for like 3 months.

FA+

Yay, Halloween store! :D I have a little black cat keychain that meows and it's eyes light up. Haha.
I LOVE that vampire guy! Everyone was running away from it and stuff. I accidentally stepped on the step sensor and it lunged at me and I was like "I didn't know he did that! :D <33" Haha. There's a small clown prop with a blue outfit and green hair that I want this year. He's so cute!
And don't worry about bothering people there. They know Halloween props make a lot of noise. If they don't like hearing it all day they shouldn't have applied for the job!
It mostly feels awkward because me and my mom were like the only people in the store. There were like 2 other people and that's it o.O
The one at the store didn't have a step censor, so when I first saw it I was like jumping up and down trying to activate it. The it lunged forward and I was like WTF and jumped back xD It was awesome.
I'm SO glad you had a good day! *hugs* ^.^
