Digitial Painting & getting away from tradionial
15 years ago
I have a strong urge to do some more Digital Paintings. Something more like anime style digital paintings like you see in concept art and such...
I feel like getting away from tradionial art for a while and do just only digitial art. Doing just tradionial art lately is getting boring for me. :-/
Anyone does digital painting as well?
Feel free to give me some tips.

I do most of my backgrounds with digital painting. My advice is know what you want to paint before you do it. Don't be afraid to do whatever you damn well please, and keep most of all, never highlight/shade/shape your pieces at 100% opacity. 100% is good for laying down flat blocks of color to be shaped. But shaping itself needs a finer, less hard edged touch. Set your brushes and erasers anywhere between 10% and 80%, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO EXPERIMENT!
