Which game system? Halp.

Not every story has a good ending, but that doesn't mean they have to end in a bad one either.
So, after helping out a family member a long while back, karma got me back. They gave me $200 spending monies.
I want either a psp, or 360.
Reason for psp is because I -really- want to play KH:BBS. Like.. you guys don't even know.
I get 100 bucks in October, so would it be a smart idea to go ahead and buy the psp with BBS, play it, then resell it? I still need to figure out how much Gamestop pays for a psp.. and a ps2..
Anyways. Advice please.
