I bring you two animals of interest that I have found while perusing wiki, which produce varying degrees.

The Spotted Hyena
Females have an up-to six-inch clitoris, capable of erection, procreation, and urination. Spotted Hyena packs are matriarchies with submissive females licking the clitoris of the pack leader. Complete vaginal control allows female hyenas complete control during sex, not allowing males to mate with them unless the female desires it.

Garter Snake
Male garter snakes often exude male and female pheromones, attracting both males and females to a massive snake pile and use the resulting orgy to impregnate as many females as possible. The best thing is, the wiki article refers to these individuals as she-males.
