It's official: I'll be Visiting Ohio!

General
Kyoo no tema wa kore desu....
I'll be in Ohio from Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving, through early Tuesday morning ( I wish it could be longer, but finances dictate otherwise).
I haven't been back to Ohio since leaving it the last week of December 2008.
I'll get to spend time with family, and hopefully visit with friends who I consider family, and I'm very much looking forward to it!!
ALSO--I'll be driving a U-Haul back to Tuscon. Whee---I'll have my stuff! Or at least the stuff that didn't get damaged by vermin and/or mildew.
I CAN'T WAIT to see everyone again! I have a huge laundry-list of stuff I want to do & see, but of course finances & time will prevent most--but the utmost most important thing is to spend time with the people I miss & care about!!!
HAPPY RAT IS HAPPY
P.S. I WANT GOETTA!

Goetta. I just looked it up, and it seems like it would be interesting to try.
Glier's is best. Original Pork.
Goettafest? Where's that?!
Nevermind, I google'd it. Figures it'd be in Ohio. Brought to us by Gliers, my favorite brand.
Goetta is a very German kinda breakfast concoction. I've tried making it in the past but it was always too dry & crumbly, so I've had to buy it. Can you imagine? They don't sell it down here in Tucson! The horror!
The ultimate thing to get would be some Virginia Bakery Schnecken, but they don't sell it any more, the bastards.
Dooooo eeeeeeeet!
(I'm a 5-way kinda gal, myself)
(although, if i may toot my horn, nothing can compare to my home-made chili ^__- )
I like to add a half-pound of sausage to mine (boiled along with the ground beef, of course).
No worries about Cleveland, I won't be going anywhere near it--most of the family is located in the greater Cinci region, most friends in Dayton.
Have you have Cincinnati chili?
And no, I've never had Cinci chili (I just had to look it up). Sounds really interesting! I've never thought of mixing chocolate into chili. I'll have to try it someday:)
*GLOMP!*
If Dakotah shows up, we're going to double-team cock-tease you until you asplode.
::evil chuckle::
