We have links to all our pages, including our rules page, above in our header. Everything is pretty much set out for you. If you don't like the rules or set up of our system in any way, then don't submit anything, it's a simple as that.

EDIT: No more journal updates will be made. Shout board is for kind messages for either the community or to each other. All drama llamas will be blocked, we really don't have time for that kind of thing, and if you have the need to comment so badly, leave someone some critique.

just an idea, what about having like titles? or something, for instance id be better at giving advice on traditional and sculpting art and you would be better with all the digital art tricks (that I dont know anything about xD)
