First you need a checking account. Something where money can go in and out of. Like bill paying.

They have accounts for both sending and receiving money. You can choose a preference to specify what you want your account to be for; to receive or send. I'm sure they have a FAQ or Help page, most of what you need to know should be there.

Oh yea, you DO need a checking account, OR, a credit card to identify yourself, that way you get verified. Without one of the two, you can't start an account there.
