Did you know there's only 31536000 seconds in a year?
Normally a year sounds like a long time, and you'd think making the number bigger would make it sound even longer, but only 31536000 seconds? No wonder time flies by the way it does, there's not really much there!
60 seconds to a minute
3600 seconds in the 60 minutes that make up an hour
86400 seconds in the 24 hours that make up a day
and finally the 365 days in a typical year comes out to the 31536000 seconds total
It's not just me that sees that as a short time, is it?

Oh no. I thought I was the only one who spent long hours calculating this. *randomhuggles* Used to do this all the time in Chemistry, although I wound up calculating the number of seconds in the typical human lifespan of 80 years... yeah way too much time on my hands. No, you're not the only one.
