Trade Mark...Trade Mark

Yay, I actually have the Brains to understand Politics, or what ever that stuff means. Anyways, Coffee and herbal tea shop, Symbol, as always the Skoxy. Not SKOX, do Not get this confused. In a year or so, I'll be Registering this in to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). I need to get a licensed attorney(s) When that happens. Unless I find a fur, who loves me enough, who is Licensed and will do this for me free (In exchange free meals and drinks at my little Shoppe), then it will be sooner. But I'm not one to get all into this Hubbub stuff, but I have to if I'm going to establish a Wonderful buisness choice. So yeah, now all that fun stuff is over, Trackers gone ;-; he went to his friends I miss him so... But he has gotten the parts that he needs for his Shirt Business. (No Deadlock it isn't Skoxies Shirt or Boxers) So I'm excited, Ohh God thats right, they didn't send the Heat Press thingy though...it saddens me, but He'll get it soon I hope :P
Which explains why you're claiming trademark when you don't have one on an idea that is not distinctive enough to be a trademark. A trademark is a symbol, not an idea.
Even if it was a symbol you were trying to register then registering it isn't enough, legally a trademark needs to be in use for interstate commercial ventures for it to be legally protected, a random coffee shop? Not enough, a chain of them with shops in more than one state is the only way to do it and I highly doubt that in a year you'll be up to chain status in a depressed market with your lack of business acumen.
A mere registration of a trademark isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
Btw, it's not politics, it doesn't speak much for your claim when you don't even know that trademarks are a legal matter not a political matter.
