Future plans (new ballbusting site)
So: I've been terribly busy with work over the past few months, and I know that if I'm going to work on anything porn-related, it should probably be the next chapter of Dragon Slaying (since the previous chapter is a good five months old). But sometimes I'm just in the mindset for working on computer stuff, and for that reason I think I'm about to start work on a new BB site, to complement and/or replace my existing Pokemon BB site. Here's the general gist:
It's a lot like the existing Pokemon site, except that instead of choosing from a roster of characters that I myself have entered into the system, users get to create their own characters, both male and female. That way the site can keep evolving on its own, even when I'm too busy to work on it, and people can battle with all sorts of characters (humans, furries, Pokemon, aliens, whatever).
There also a bunch of other various features I'd want to add that are difficult to tack on to the existing site:
- A weekly leaderboard, rather than the current system where Chansey/Wobbuffet will be at the top forever
- The ability for individual users to turn ballpopping on or off, for those who don't like the harder side of BB
- Some sort of "levelling up" system to reward returning players with improved stats/new attacks/etc
I think it's a solid idea, but there are still several big questions I have to answer before I start any real development:
- Should users be able to share their created characters? I've already decided yes -- that way I can populate the site with all sorts of content without having to do a lot of work by myself. However, that introduces other problems. How should the site deal with duplicates, like when ten different people create Renamon? How do I prevent people from making garbage characters, with misspelled names and ridiculous stats? Do I censor certain characters if someone creates, say, Hitler, or uses Goatse as a character pic? Maybe I can just let people handle the junk themselves, with filters or blacklists, but what about all the anonymous users who don't sign up for accounts? (About half of all visitors to the current site are unregistered.)
- Should users be able to create custom attacks? Again, I think yes, but this might be even more complicated than character creation. A lot of the strength of the Pokemon BB game comes from good writing, most of which is in the attack descriptions. Not everyone writes that well, especially when the descriptions have to apply to tons of different potential opponents. Maybe users can share characters, but not custom attacks? That might work, but then all the public characters would have the same attacks, which would get rather boring...
If you've got feedback on the above questions, feel free to chime in, but the real reason for this journal is to ask a more general question: do y'all have any feedback on the current site, things you'd like to see changed or added? Do people look at the rankings pages? The gallery/individual Pokemon pages? Should I scrap the comment system? Challenge mode? Do you use the "favorite Pokemon" feature? I've got an idea of what people like and don't like based on pageview statistics, but that can only tell me so much.
Finally, when this thing does get up and running, I'll have to seed it with a bunch of starter characters so that the first few users have someone to battle with/against. I'll probably transfer over the more popular Pokemon species, then add some human characters and some of my own characters (P'oiu and Lia :P), but are there other specific characters that people would want to see?

FA+

I think for custom characters there should be a review of the user created characters before they are put online, either reviewed by you or a couple of people of your choosing to act as part time admins.
What I really liked in your first BB site is that for some of the characters when there health got low the picture would change to one of them bent over clutching the balls in desperation (raichu, mew, charizard, dragonite.) I really liked this. and hope to see more of it.
I'm not sure how custom attacks would work.
I liked the challenge mode, it would be nice if you kept it, but my favorite part where the team battles, making 2 teams of all males busting each other.
As for custom attacks...sure. let's challenge ourselves. Suggestion: Give the character 'points' that the creator can distribute here and there, diferrent stats that affect attack, defense, damage, maybe virility...and make it so that one thing points can be put into is special attacks. And maybe only have special attacks become available at random during the fight. That way they're not spammable, and while they COULD be very powerful, it'd be at the expense of how powerful the character is the rest of the time.
$0.02!
I was actually already planning a "character points" system to prevent super-powered characters. I haven't thought out the whole system yet, but there would be points for main categories like health, attack, defense, and speed, as well as special categories like cockteasing and ballbusting that would unlock bonus attacks or abilities. (I'm also trying to build in a basic campaign mode, where an individual character can battle and level up and become a better ballbuster over time.) The special attack idea is a good one that I hadn't thought of -- it allows for moments of gleeful ball-bursting madness without making the system unbalanced.
Always good to hear your thoughts -- you've generally got good ones :)
Yes, only making the buttons visible to registered users would be smart.
I like the idea of creations leveling up after awhile. Gives some reward for putting in work! Sprinkle a few extra character points around each level...sudden idea. Lifting a page from D&D, perhaps dole out 'feats' every couple of levels, like make one attack defense-penetrating, give an attack a freeze attribute, make immune to seduction by certain types of opponents, or something.
I was just playing around on your site tonight, and took a dragonite through challenge mode. It ended abruptly when Marshstomp hit his balls with an ice punch and ruptured both his testicles in one blow, and he came all over her tits as his sudden castration forced the cream through his plumbing.
I fucking love your site.
The level-up system may be a little tricky since characters can be shared publicly. Public characters should probably only gain experience/level up when their creators are using them, so that users are rewarded for creating a character and using it repeatedly. Otherwise, someone could swoop in, steal your character, and evolve him or her into something completely different :/
Also, you've reminded me: I have to decide exactly how I'm going to handle status effects, since they don't necessarily make sense for all characters (especially humans). They may just end up giving certain characters an advantage, or maybe attacks with status effects will be made slightly weaker to compensate. More for me to think about :P
Finally, re: Dragonite v. Marshtomp: god damn, that's like a perfect storm of sexy nut-popping goodness. I love when the system spits out moments of brilliance like that -- it'd be on an Underground League best-of compilation for sure :P It's especially exciting for me because I never know how a battle's going to end. I mean, I definitely enjoy writing my own stories where I can decide on every last detail to my own liking, but it's quite thrilling to have one of my girls slam a knee up between some poor guy's legs and suddenly have his gonads mashed into goo, his last load splattered across her thigh. Hopefully I'll be able to expand that further with the new site, so there's even more variation -- more descriptions, more battle endings, etc etc. I'd like to think the new site will keep the BB community occupied for quite a while :P
- The ability for individual users to turn ballpopping on or off, for those who don't like the harder side of BB
- Some sort of "levelling up" system to reward returning players with improved stats/new attacks/etc"
Good ideas.
"- Should users be able to share their created characters?"
Of course! That just makes it even funnier.
"- Should users be able to create custom attacks?"
Yes because it would be boring if every character has same attacks.
"are there other specific characters that people would want to see?"
Renamon is must have.
As for starter characters, you'll be able to create your own as soon as the site goes live. I'm probably just going to seed it with my own original characters, so there will be a few males and females for the first user-created character to fight. After that, everyone else can fill up the ranks with their own characters :)
I think the ability to turn popping on or off would be nice, for those that are, like some I know, just into the abuse, not making their sack full of mush. x3
And who doesn't love a leveling system of some sort? I like the sound of the idea of getting new moves. x3
I think people should be able to share, and edit their characters if possible. Though not sure how you will solve the duplication problem. You could screen each individual submission of character, but that could make it stressful on you if there are too many people posting, say, Renamon and Guilmon and Ninetails characters. The garbage character also comes up with same idea, you can screen them yourself, but same problem. For misspelled characters, you could give an option to delete characters. Also add a thing where users can report offensive material such as Hitler or Goatse as a pic. Filters and black lists are always a good idea too, like maybe some one only likes herms busting balls, not females. Anon users could prolly get a limited use of the site of sorts. Like they can neuter only people that post themselves for non-member neuterings too.
I think you should be able to choose from attacks, but to make your own would be nice too, though not sure how you'd do that to be fair so it's not like, 1-hit ball bursting kicks/punches. x3 How about, if some one wants a custom attack, they can either write one up for you to okay, and those that have competent writing skills, you OK to write their own. Or something like that, but I think preset attacks are good up to like X level. Maybe like, at every X level you have option of writing your own, or take a preset one or something? Over time you can add new moves people can choose from as they come to you.
I love the other site, it has helped me get to a nice place of messiness a few times. I love the "new" option when you get a male down, and start pleasuring him just to burst his balls and suck all that sweet thick spunk out. <3 All the things i could prolly suggest you already are working on for your possible new project. You could possibly merge the Pokemon BB site to some extent to the new one, so people can start off, say, random 'trainers' that end up wrong place. x3 I love the gallery, it's where I found most of my fav Pokemon based on pics. x3 Though I think some of the pics could be better, or cropped better so only one Pokemon is in the pic. But I love the modes a lot, specifically addition to the fun, the humans. Though human vs human, sometimes you get doubles, like Lt. Surge Vs Lt. Surge. xP Also, keep the comment system, is always nice to have so long as nothing bad is put.
I think that is an awesome idea, adding random characters, Pokemon, could add Digimon too, there are many digi's I'm sure people want to neuter/be neutered by with a nice few hits. x3 I'm sure there are a lot of people would love to see, like Wolf O'Donnell and/or Fox McCloud where two thoughts off the top of my head, or even Krystal, in male and female form, but that might just be me. xP
I'll write another journal post once I have something people can play with. In the meantime, feel free to comment or PM me if you have any more thoughts or ideas :)
If I get any more ideas though, I'll be sure to comment/PM you as I get them. =3
