Nerf Day is less than a week away! Last Event of 2010~!

Hey guys! 
Jenesri Here! I would like you guys to know that it is less than a week away from the last event of the year, which is Nerf day! Please let me know if you need any help with directions or is unable to make it this time.
I will let you guys be posted, because we might be doing a New Year's Event at the Lee-Hi Bowling Center!
Also I will be moving in January, so if anyone is willing to help, please send a note. I will supply pizza and drinks!

Alright, now for the next item on our agenda, and the one everyone’s talking about…. It’s NERF DAY!!!!!
Date: November 13th
Time: 1:00 – 1:30pm
Where: Garst Mill Park
Who: EVERYONE!!!
You all know the drill- Tell all your friends and let us get some fur flying! It is gonna be an awesome, big bash BBQ and Nerf war! What better way to bring in the winter and holidays then with a party? Anyone wanting to participate in the Nerf war will need their own gun and ammo. Anything goes for Nerf weapons, from something simple to the biggest, baddest, monster you can find. Also, anyone who wants to is encouraged to bring lawn chairs, Frisbees, or anything else outdoorsy.
Menu time… Since we don’t want to have a million rolls, and no hot dogs, we will be using a sign up sheet. No more than two people can sign up for the same thing and you have to bring at least one of your chosen item; two if you can manage it. We love leftovers, hate shortages! Please post what you are bringing and once we have two people signed up for an item, we will take it off the list. Remember, you are buying for a group! :)

Hamburgers (beef/turkey)
Hot Dogs rolls
Hamburger buns
Ketchup
Mustard
Salad Dressing
Salad
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cheese (provolone/swiss/cheddar)

Drinks (soda/tea/etc…)
Plates/Cups/Napkins/Forks

We have a lot of people with getting us chips, dip and drinks.

Are there grills the park? If not, I've got a portable one I can bring.
I believe there will be about 15 or so at this event with a lot of other food too. So one or two packages will do just fine. You are welcomed to bring a friend or two.
I'm going grocery shopping in a couple of days for the supplies and whatnot c: This really is gonna be a monstrous fun time! Har and I are bringing our friend you met at my magic act when Flits had the brocoblunt, the one with the mohawk and leather jacket. :3
