So apparently this military commander in Nicaragua decided the official maps and treaties that show where the border of his country are to much work. So who goes on the internet, where anyone can say anything about anything, and checks the known to NOT be completely accurate google maps and dispatches soldiers accordingly.
After realizing he idiotically invaded Costa Rica by accident he tried to blame it on the thing that people use to plan road trips, or to find the nearest Arby's.

What an idiot! =P
