I love FA< don't get me wrong... but I absolutely hate my inability to find anything browsing when there's no search function. Will there ever be a way to find something that isn't highly popular (or an apple, apparently)?

In the meantime... anyone got any good Bull boys?

Supposedly, the current system is going out in favour of tags.

Too bad people don't know how to properly tag their uploads.

Heh. Indeed... I'd love to see a tagged system get worked out, though. And idea when that's supposed to happen? I tried to find an estimate on the forum and couldn't.

Ahh, figures. :) I guess I'll have to stick to more browse/search friendly sites for specific things. :) At least I have a few good folks to watch here.

I guess it wouldn't be so bad if the pictures on this site were indexed with Google Images. Before VCL got its search function, you could use Google to find what you wanted.

*nod* Indeed. That might be something worth suggesting, of course I'm sure they've already heard it and stuck to the "it'll all be better after the site update" story.

Well, the problem with Google is that you can submit your site a million billion times, but the content won't show up until the spiders find it.

The only thing that remotely works is this: http://www.google.com/search?as_q=raccoon&hl=en&num=100&btnG=Google+Search&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&lr=&as_ft=i&as_filetype=&as_qdr=all&as_nlo=&as_nhi=&as_occt=any&as_dt=i&as_sitesearch=furaffinity.net&as_rights=&safe=off

It only works on the web page, though. Not the Images page. :(
