Hon, Nexxus has been in and out of the ER repeatedly over the past few weeks. Trust me I had to drive him there myself. This is by no means the normal. We've been busting our asses while he has been laid up with a herniated disk in his spine and on so many pain killer he can't even walk straight.

.....Yeah he told me about his back. But still, how long has he had that herniated disk? Because according to him, we should have had those books printed 4 weeks ago and in the mail. That wasn't me asking for it, that was HIM telling ME that they would be done and in the mail and he had it all set to go.

I can understand a medical problem laying him up, and I'm sorry he's in pain, but when it comes to running a business there are limits to patience and understanding. We need those conbooks for a con that's starting TOMORROW and they're not here yet. You can see why I'm a bit unhappy with him, hernia or no.

Since Anthrocon. That including we are doing them for ... How much was that again? The original order was 150 ... That was doubled again for free. We've burned through alot of funds out of our pocket to get this done. Snapped the tension wire on the binding machine ... had to have that ordered. Gone through toner, paper, patience all while he can barely stand to be upright in any form for longer than maybe ten minutes at a time.

I understand fully that you are upset and rightfully so but shit has been going on that I can't even begin to tell you about.

I'm sorry you guys have had to cover for him, man, and I'm sorry he's hurting. And I know how awesome it is that he's covering the books for us, even though he wasn't able to get any ads to cover the cost. It's not that I don't appreciate it all, and I personally agree, we have no right to complain, since we're getting far more than we paid for. I hope he feels better soon, I can't imagine how he must feel. I've been having back and neck problems myself lately, and it's been bad enough, I know he's probably going thru 100 times worse.

I know exactly what you mean. I was supposed to have another of my Music CD's to come out at Anthrocon but just my luck, the artist I was counting on to do the covers fell through at the last moment and I never got anything realeased at all. I was so freaking PISSED I didn't bring any of my music at all and just spent Anthrocon enjoying walking around in FurSuit. (see my FA gallery)

I know all this is really sucking shit right now and watching Nexxus not even able to hardly walk hurts me. He's doing okay right now but because of the meds he's a walking zombee.

I am really sorry about everything. We are getting everything out there ASAP even with all the crap that has been going on. And I dearly apologise for everything you guys have gone through. I feel really bad about it.

Not just me love. Rackett too. I am on the binding machine and I feel like my arm is going to fall off. Hit a snag a couple of hours ago. The tension wire on the binding machine snapped. But I jury rigged it to make damn sure this all gets done. Come hell or high water.

I may give him another chance some other time when I'm not on a schedule of any kind, but I just don't know about doing business with him. Maybe I just have been catching him at a bad time, but even before the hernia got him, just all of the dealing I've had with him has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Personally I'm a whore for big prints, though I'd have to say since I already have a print of dancing dog I wouldn't be getting another if you had them but I'm sure others would, especially if you had them at a con. Its a very pretty piece. Wish you luck at RainFurrest, hope you enjoy it and it and make some money :P. If it wasn't on the diagonal opposite side of the US from me I'd try and make it there.

About as bad as trying to buy photo paper in packs of 100 for about $35. And trying to store them somewhere safe, too. Then again, I have to use them all in a dark room, so tough nuts for me.

Kinko's is bad news for artists. I go there ONLY if I have absolutely no other choice. They're expensive, their equipment rarely works right, they're expensive, their help is clueless, they're expensive and Oh yeah... they're expensive.

Shop around; you can get WAY better prices than Kinko's. The only thing they have going for them is that they're everywhere.
