I was taken to the con and ditched by the person who I thought could get me outta my shell. There went my entire plan... but, he ended up having a totally kick-ass time at the con, so yay him.

Thank god one other friend showed up for me to cling to, so I could get away from the damn room. XD We're both stupidly shy, so accomplishing what we did was a miracle :P

ahh, maybe you should go to a con with my friends and I, we are good at getting people out of their shells.

Ha, that doesn't necessarily sound like an issue with you and cons, just you and the company you went with. I'd say give it another shot, hopefully with a better troop next time. XD

I tend to be a bit of a recluse myself at cons, don't really talk to strangers much. XD But some of the panels there were definitely worth it. Plus, seeing the variety of art that's out there.

Rah. Yush, the con thingies were neato, the ones I could drag myself mentally kicking and screaming to anyway XD. I dunno, we shall see.
