yeah the timing's a little suspect. riding for yeezy just seemed like such a safe bet for pitchfork, plus they've always rode for him, so it seems like they're endorsing their own "we told-you-so"ness as much as the album itself, like patting themselves on the back. the album IS great but it is NOT perfect.

i like the bon iver flip and it shows that yeah he is a dude who will do things that no one else that anyone else will but when listening to the album, it's a real weird note to go out on.
