So, I'm wanting to open commissions and I tried to make a paypal account, but it says that I have to be 18 or older to join...and I though "Well that's bull." So, I have seen people before that have paypal accounts that are under 18 years old, how do you guys get accounts? Do you lie about your age? Do your parents have to sign something? I dunno...Can you all help me out a bit here?
I'd rather do that than lie about my age D:
