So the issue with Cub porn...

I'm with 2 and a good few others on this ruling. I don't like it for why it was done. I see the need, as Financially, according to this Dragoneer quote:
"Firstly, let us explain the situation: AlertPay dropped us. We have been having issues accepting payment processors for some time to fund the website, as any reputable company we've contacted has given us the thumbs down when it comes to our content. Specifically, they have only ever had issue with one particular kind of content: cub art. Everything else has been fine, but companies want to distance themselves from that grey area because it makes people uncomfortable.
AlertPay canceled, and specifically cited cub art as the reason. We were given no options to appeal. With that cancellation, a fairly sizable amount of money in our balance from ads and donations have been lost, which has effectively crippled the website from having ways to fund itself long term. We will not be able to maintain and improve without a reliable payment processor at our backend, and that can not happen while they continually have a disagreement regarding certain specifics with what we host."
it's important that the site be able to run without worrying about money. However, I'm still with 2 in the reasoning of why cubporn was strangely cited. If Cub porn = Child porn, then feral porn = Beastiality, Murder = Murder, and Vore = Cannibalism. I've favorited my fair share of cub porn. Usually cause I found it well drawn and pleasing to the eye. Same deal with some of the Vore and Feral stuff. I utterly hate feral porn, yet I favorite ones that are pleasing because they are well drawn.
If your gonna remove one thing because it's illegal in your host country, then remove all that is illegal I say. Money and the site comes first, and there is always sofurry and Inkbunny, but damn if it aint gonna be annoying to see alot of artists I like probably leave FA because of this rule. Only good thing probably was that Wolfblade, whos art I love, has almost already completely moved to Inkbunny.
Speaking of which, god, can't wait till he gets wind of this. Rant city ahoy :D

I honestly feel it's only a matter of time before we get into the "Is thought of it a crime?" deal.
Of course, the big rule of thumb there is that it's only Cub stuff. AB/DL stuff will still probably exist because the subject is generally over eighteen in it, as with what Cargoweasel has said in his own Journal.
