My thoughts on the AUP changes...

Can be summed up with this journal: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1892710
Also, if you're going to be a dick about it, and you're on my watch list, consider yourself removed. I don't want to associate with people who feel the need to announce their 'moral superiority' and lord it over others.
There are plenty of things I'm not into that I see, but I don't wish them banned, because I know what's real and what isn't, and I respect the fact that the furry fandom has a wide variety of some very strange fetishes.
And I promise I'll get back on with the Ten Days Meme today~
That is all.

FA+

I volunteer, I donate what I can, I try to better the world around me. I want to be a therapist to help others, mentally and emotionally. Not that any of that matters, I'm just saying. xD
People are too often jerks, though, and I'm tired of seeing it. IT'S JUST ART, GUYS. CALM DOWN. Real CP, is a whooooooole other thing, though. I have never, ever known anyone who would willing look at or see it out, and I would immediately disown anyone who would.
The idea of a payment service determining what's acceptable bothers me, though. I would rather find another service than alienate many of my site's users.
but I think FA was put in a pretty hard place. they've tried to keep the subject matter open as long as they could, but it's a difficult battle, especially since so many countries that participate in the community have hard lines against such material. In the end, it threatened the site's existence, and it's hard to choose between fracturing a community or sending it to oblivion, you know?
That and if FA continued hosting that material despite all of this, it'd probably be the first in line to test the legal waters - on the front line and in the eye of the public. that can be hard to handle and accept as well.
don't care for the subject, but don't care about other's business; sad to see how the matter was eventually settled, but I can understand why it happened and why it had to happen. I've steered clear of the battle though, hahaha
