Thoughts on the new AUP

So, what the majority of FA voted against a few years ago came to be and mature cub art is now no-go.
My personal opinion? There is cub art I like, there is cub art that I find repulsive, but I believe all of it has a right to exist and remain available to those who happen to like it, regardless of what I think of any single picture.
I understand the reasoning behind the change to the AUP, and I also understand that a company such as AlertPay would want to keep it's public image clean, but it's rather sad that people have become so paranoid that they feel they have to protect themselves on such a broad scale, at the cost of a lot of innocent artists.

I will do what Brainsister and some others have suggested as one possibility and replace the few controversial images in my gallery with a placeholder. There's a possibility I will later provide a link to the picture on Inkbunny as I upload them there. (I wonder if that is ok?) I have no intention of getting rid of all the comments & discussion on those pics. <3 I actually hope that FA admins would do the same, if it's even possible, and leave it to the artist to decide whether they want to remove the whole thing or not.
So, if there's something in my gallery that looks cubbish to you, is mature, but somehow still appeals to you, please save it. I will try to upload all those to IB eventually, but still. <:3

Opinions of the new AUP withstanding, those bragging, boasting, and gloating that it's banned are the ones who can go die in a fire.
Opinions of dying in a fire withstanding, I find it pretty annoying too.
The Pichus, Ryo-Ohki, Mimiga, Ham-Hams, and Ruby.
Any more pics that might be in danger, do you think?

(Come to think of it, now that I'm making a list I might as well post it up there as well.)
There are some more that may be riding the borderline, I'll have to see about those later.
As with the Pichu example, the ones I listed are ones that may be TAKEN as cubs by some people. If those people are staff, it may be trouble for you.

I remember there read somewhere in the AUP discussion thread that pokemon would not be affected, so I think I'll just cross my fingers and leave them be. ^^;

I will continue drawing the stuff I draw and posting the vast majority if it here as well, after all I hope only a few pictures I've drawn so far might be considered cub. Thank you very much for the compliment nevertheless~ :3
i think they remove the uploaded calu art on my page too but if that really happens am i more inactive here on FA
