Amber Krowe

Dragging my feet across the rough ground below me I know I can't stop. Stopping is death; I'm not ready to die. I drag my sword behind me with my dangling thrashed arm, covered in the sweat and blood of my own body. The Red Sun is setting directly ahead of me illuminating the battlefield with a beautiful blood red sky and the pale orange aura over all the light touches. I'm afraid. I can hardly breathe, and despite how sure I have always been about whom I'm fighting for and why when you have to take larger steps to not trip on your dead comrades bodies it all seems so meaningless… so pointless… you are forced to question everything you have ever fought for. My face is turning red and boiling in fear.
She's far behind me. I don't know if she knows I am still alive… She slaughtered us all so effortlessly. She is, however, so beautiful. Her grace and flair is breathtaking. Any other time if I saw her and she smiled in my general direction my face would instead turn red in shyness and the inability to think of anything other than her beauty, but she is here to kill me.
I'm trying to get away as fast as I can but I am wounded from the explosions and scared too stiff to use my body correctly. My muscles cramp as I trip over the leg of another soldier, my body landing on its chest in a shallow puddle of blood from all the carnage. Strange, any other time this would have hurt but I wouldn't have it any other way this time. Finally I can catch my breath a bit, gasping this air that is tainted with the evil of the surroundings. There is nothing but death here… turning my head to its side to rest it on the ground, partially submerged in the red sea, I can see our aircraft she shot down engulfed in flames scattered across the battlefield, both our own and those of our Sun Jin enemies. She didn't care which side any of us were on… she arrived and ended our battle, killing anybody who held a weapon no matter which role they were playing in our battle.
The final battle of Amber Krowe has ended. Neither army will celebrate tonight. Pride seems so pointless when you are breathing the guts of the savaged body next to you. I am not the only one still alive. I hear their screams and moans of pain but no one will be coming to our aid. We will all die here alone.
The largest military engagement ever to be recorded will end in a slaughter, a massacre, all to her hands. I can see her now. She stands there with her arms crossed and her beautiful sword once wielded by Redken Majora herself resting blade first in the ground. She is so beautiful. Her hair blows aside a bit with the small gusts of wind as she eyes the setting Red Sun. It was a blessing to be graced enough to watch her work, to watch her hunt, to watch her kill, but I know a thing or two about your Templar holy war, Shina Quall. I die knowing you are not long for life either for Lord Flarion's Red Sun is now setting for you too.
