1.) What's the name of your character?
Gafore "Darkrow" Rakoro
2.) Tell us about your character.
He's a simple albino Paradise Crow. Created his nickname 'Darkrow' for himself. Loves body art and his amazing wife, Ninken. His job happens to be tattoo artist, but he also is able to do piercings as well. Body paint, tattoos, piercings, and body modifications like that really appeal to him. He even got a skull implant when he was a teen. Gafore is 5'8, 157 pounds, 26 years old, and pansexual. But he's taken, guys. He & Ninken have 2 children, a son and a daughter.
3.) How did you make your character up?
He started as a doodle in school. I got so attached to said scribble that I took it home and drew him a shitty digital ref. Since then, I haven't ever felt the need to get rid of him.
4.) Is it easy drawing your character?
No, not really. I suck at avians, hair, & body art. I don't draw him very often. But when I do, it's a lot of fun.
5.) When did you make your character up?
The early half of 2010, in photo class at school.
6.) What inspiration(s) brought your character to life?
My love for body art, albino things, and my need for an Avian character. Plus, I NEEDED to use the name Gafore. It's special to me.
7.) Is your character dear to you? If so, how come?
VERY much so. I created him by accident but he stole my heart in no time. He's what I would be if I was a guy. Gafore represents freedom and rebellion, to a degree. He isn't held back by normal limitations of society.
8.) If you were forced to compare your character to another, who would you compare him/her/it to?
Honestly, I have no clue.
9.) Is your character related to you in any way? Personality? Problems? Traits?
Like I said, he's basically me as a guy.
10.) If your character came to life, what would you do?
I would pray that his girlfriend did too, because I think they're a fucking beautiful couple. Ya can't have Gafore without Ninken.
11.) Is your character a hero or a villain? How do you see them as?
Gafore's a rebel. But he does play for the 'good' side because his girlfriend does X3 She is everything to him. And he loves her endlessly.
12.) Is your character a part of any particular story you made up?
lolz, not really. He's just an awesome Anthro character.
13.) What song/movie/book/play do you think of when you imagine your character?
None X3 He doesn't dance to any copyrighted tune. He & Ninken cut their own path through life. I can't stick their image to any existing thing.
14.) Would your character do well if him/her/it had his/her/its own book or film?
He'd be the owner of an up-and-coming body art studio. And of course, he'd be together with Ninken. Ninken, of course, works as a healer.
