Well, Rockband3 now has "Pro Guitar Mode" where they have a new guitar with actual strings and a tutorial set that'll teach you how to actually play a guitar.

heh, that's actually pretty neat sounding then. I had someone that was going to show me some, but never got around to doing jack or squat. He couldn't teach for his life either ><..... So yeah....

I had a friend who tried to do that, but he couldn't read music and I could (was in band from 5th to 12th grade, Percussion/Drums) so it died out.

He's the guitarist, I'm the drummer. Now on Rockband its the exact opposite. He plays drums and I'm the guitarist/singer. XD

I can't drum worth Sheet, on GH, but I can play a mean bass :P (or lead, but usually I'm stuck with bass)

I can play pretty much anything people need to play. ^^; Not to brag, I just play that game a bunch and am usually stuck playing it on my own.

3. Why indeed. It . just . strikes me. No really, this is one of those cases where I can see our characters side by side and literally playing this tune out. It mostly stems from the excellent wingman and comradery you showed back when we've had to deal with trolls and others picking on friends or innocent bystanders. Without even needing to give a signal, we're both on the case, and that natural synchronization of chivalry and kindness to stand up against jerks just fits to me with this song, as the chords sound like they're well doubled up and with accurate precision.

With that cool demeanor and a look that could stay cool in a dark rain as war raged around him, with beer in hand and perhaps a cig (does Tanek smoke?) just commentating and the foolishness of the world rulers around him tearing down the place. I think Black Rain fits him in my opinion. I especially like the little bit with the harmonica. I think I can see my image I'd do for you with that little bit.

No smoking here. You could however make up for that by upgrading the beer to something stronger so long as it's not vodka.
I'm not so sure about this one though... Ozzy is kinda hit and miss with me, but I do like how this sounds, its just... it's a bit political. Even though Tanek is a hired gun, he's never let politics sway him one way or another. Though at the same time you did nail the whole keeping his cool in the middle of battle part... I guess in the end I like your thoughts, just not sure how to feel on the political part. Oh yeah, and the harmonica was pretty cool, heh.

Okay, we'll give him a flask, but don't mind the politics of it as much. These are just songs that remind me of your characters, not necessarily the life stories of your character. 3. I had to go back and forth between a few. I don't know if it was cause I was thinking both Kick & Punch or what, but I finally stopped on Heatseeker. The way the lyrics dual weave (I don't know how I can better describe that from my mind at this point in time) but every 2 lines, just the way they're delivered. To me, I see Kick & Punch attack from both sides, and striking the same opponent on "heatseeker" as its sung by more than just the lead vocals.
