Ten Day Meme - Day 8 - I'M SORRY!!!!
Okay, in my defense I haven't touched a computer since day 7 (which I think was actually like day 20). I was out of town over the weekend (with my new boy XD) and I've had a very busy day today. so... yeah... Here's day 8...
DAY EIGHT: Three Turn Offs. (because I fucked up and mixed up days 7 and 8 last time)
Turn off #1: Lying.
Trust and respect must be earned. That being said, I will treat everyone with trust and respect right from the get go. Until it is proved to me that it is undeserved. I'm sure this sounds harsher than I really am. I'm actually very very forgiving. Lying to me is the quickest ways to get on my bad side and re-earning my trust will take some time. (which doesn't mean it won't happen. I'm very forgiving.)
Turn off #2: Poor hygiene/not caring about your appearance.
To a certain extent one should not care what other people think. Fine. I agree. But there is a difference between being yourself/expressing individuality and seriously just not giving a crap. Take care of yourself, seriously. Psychologically speaking, caring a little bit about your appearance and hygiene shows that you care about yourself. I'm not saying be narcissistic, but if you don't care about yourself others are less likely to care about you, even if they only perceive you don't care about yourself. First impressions go a LONG way.
Turn off #3: Apathy.
I'll be brief on this one, since it can really set me off. I don't much give a crap what you care about, just care about something. If I may quote from Firefly "I can not abide useless people."
Okay that seems really harsh... but um... yeah...
Day One: Ten things you want to say to ten different people right now.
Day Two: Nine things about yourself.
Day Three: Eight ways to win your heart.
Day Four: Seven things that cross your mind a lot.
Day Five: Six things you wish you’d never done.
Day Six: Five people who mean a lot.
Day Seven: Four turn offs.
Day Eight: Three turn ons.
Day Nine: Two smileys that describe your life right now.
Day Ten: One confession.
