Took a yoga class for the first time on the same day, and definitely am feeling much better for it. I have come to a place where I need, NEED to realign my energies properly. I've spent too much time in my life around people who do nothing more than drain my stores, and it has left me tired and not much of a social creature. To be fair, I've always been a bit of a hermit, but it is time to reclaim Me.

Enjoy some FANTASTIC, Edmonton-based reggae music! Souljah Fyah -- absolutely some of the best music I've heard in a long time. Just saw them the other night, and even got a free copy of their new CD, I Wish. It's definitely been a good year for concerts and shows; The Flaming Lips, Bassnectar, Eddie Izzard, Souljah Fyah...and all the fantastic shows put on by the Edmonton Opera!



Already planning for the Vancouver trip with the beautiful pair,  kappy and  glitterpills! We've got plans for having one helluva goodie bag to bring along; simply cannot wait to explore time, space, and collective consciousness with two of my most favourite people in the entire Universe. :)
