AWESOME ARTISTS THAT INSPIRE ME:

I've noticed that many of my watchers (mainly other artists) suddenly stopped showing interest in my artwork, and that's ok guys, maybe they don't like it anymore and I truly respect that.

I know that I hardly comment or reply as RL stuff has kept me very busy (I also have a full year of unchecked submissions, that's why I'm not able to fav & comment something cool on all of my favorite artists' pics on time) but that doesn't mean that I'm not a friendly guy or that I have a huge ego...

As a brand new year is about to start I'd like to do some important changes in my life, including my artwork and the direction I want to take it to so I'd appreciate some feedback in order to improve. So the question is: why is my stuff not so interesting anymore? Please feel free to comment, all of them 'll be well received.

The last time I wrote a journal like this some comments said that it was because I drew too many commissions and nothing for me; I've worked on that now but it seems that it stays the same, heh.

Unless someone says they dont have interest, I dont think thats the case. Besides, RL stuff comes before anything, that includes not paying attention to FA. I never comment people that much, because I have no room to talk about my own work. Its not that I dont like your work, unless you want lame comments like: "Wow cool!" or "Thats hawt" or "Lol awesome". So sorry, I have no comments for your work, there is nothing to comment on someone else's work that is better then my own.

It is still interesting. I just don't fav things much anymore (because I used to fave just about everything that came across my submissions) and rarely comment. I still love your work.

i stopped faving pics from other artist unless it has to do with something about me cause im gonna change to a new account after new years and so keeping faves as back ups so i can remember all the info i need when resubmitting them onto my new account

I am unapologetically a SWAT Kats fanboi. I watch for it, I fave it and I comment on it.
*Truth in advertising: I just checked, and I see I forgot to fave your new "bookend" pics of Da Boyz, even though I commented on them both. I'll amend that oversight directly.
I cannot comment on every pic I view. Your art is good, and the pictures are fun, but unless what I see is truly provocative, I usually keep my keyboard quiet.
I *am* still watching, and when I see something that gets my juices going, you *will* read about it.

Creo que no deberias tomartelo tan personal, muchas veces hay tanto para ver... que realmente a uno se le pasa el hecho de seguir fielmente el trabajo de cada artista. Pensaba que hacia mucho no subias nada... pero acabo de fijarme y hay un par que no he visto, y es que claro, a veces es tanta la cantidad de submissions, que muchas veces veo un par y luego "nuke", Tal vez esto es lo que le pasa a mucha gente, y no tiene nada que ver con tu arte en si ^^

Ademas, esta es una epoca del año ocupada para todos realmente jaja

Igual, me parece muy loable que quieras mejorar tus habiliades como dibujante! Como no soy artista, lo que te puedo aportar es mi conocimiento como opinologo general jaja. Muchas veces la mejor manera de mejorar en dibujo, mas alla de la practica constante, es el aventurarse a cosas nuevas. Nuevos estilos, nuevas formas de pintar, nuevas ideas para cambiar los contenidos de los dibujos, etc...

You're a great artist. No doubt about it. It's just the "theme" of your pics isn't really my..."thing." The pics of the Swat Kats characters you have where it's "adult," I can't really picture them like that because I grew up watching them and I sort of looked up to them in a sense.

If that's your thing, that's cool but that's just to give my explanation on why I don't fave or comment on a lot of your pics. Sorry.

I guess I don't have a lot to say cause your stuff doesn't bring out a lot of "oh man I want to say something stupid here" and I generally don't fave pornos (because I am asexual but still gay; there's some need for tempters and things) I guess?

I mainly stopped commenting on things because i ran out of things to say. and those times i do give input are usually ignored or i get snapped at, so fuck it i won't say anything unless i really feel like it.

I don't mean to ignore you or anything...but you know I'm biased. I think your work is awesome no matter what, and there's only so many ways to say it. It would sound like I keep saying the same thing over and over if I kept commenting on your stuff. Sorry if it seemed like I don't like your work!

I'm sure there are lots of other folks that feel the same way too...you're not uninteresting or anything, rest assured of that!

I agree a bit with what one person above said. I do like rule 34 now and then, but there definitely has been an influx in your gallery recently. There are plenty of non rule 34 pieces too but not many lately that I've found to particularly suit my fancy. With personal preference, I think your best pieces are ones involving either hyper, very muscular, and chubby muscular, or a combination of those. Probably one of my favorite pieces you did awhile back was the TF sequence into the muscled fox, where he enjoyed some armpit sniffing in one of the pics. There definitely aren't enough musk appreciation pics of that type out there and would be really awesome to see more of that from you if you enjoy drawing that!

Those are all just my personal opinions, of course. First and foremost just keep drawing what you love! I'm still watching and looking at your pieces regardless. ^^

Ha ha, I get the feeling that the reason people don't comment isn't because they don't like your work. Myself, I never thought my comments were worth much, ha ha, I tend to leave comments only when I'm particularly dazzled. Your work tends to be between a six or seven for me, but I have faved stuff I really like from you.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I for one love your art, and hold quite an interest in it. If somone had'nt shown an interest or left a coment, it can be only my guess that it either didn't tickle their fancy, were to lazy/didn't feel like commenting, or were to busy with other things.

Bueno, pues como hay gente que es bastante "esquisita" con los gustos personales, hay mucha mas gente que disfruta de lo que haces (incluyendome). No te preocupes por la minoria que ya no te sigue, preocupate mas por sacar de la cabeza esas ideas y plasmarlas en el papel, eso es el trabajo (y el disfrute) de un artista.

I have always loved your art, and I think you do a fantastic job. I watch you for this very reason, but I'm not as active as I once was online. This generally means I'll be less likely to +watch something.. but sometimes I will. It's not because I dislike you, it's because it's the Holiday season and I'm running around looking for work.

You know, some of us watch hundreds or maybe more than a thousand artists, and some of us have about 200 journals clogging our inboxes and even more submissions day by day. Some of us don't have the time to comment or fave every single one. Some of us are happy that they're able to sort things out to begin with.

Any lack of participation on my part is because I am simply SO far behind! I usually just have time to browse through journal entries (47 since this morning before work) and notes, so lately I've tended to just flat out ignore the submissions tab. I've got something like 8,000+ pictures waiting on me, and realistically I can't keep up, so I tend to skim when I am browsing. So yeah, if I haven't faved or commented on anything in a while, that's why! ^_^;

Personally, I added you to my favorites back when I had high-speed internet. I've since had to down-grade to dial-up and thus it takes FOREVER to load pictures and send comments, so I had to really cut back.
