Wonderland Badges: Info & List

When FWA announced its "Furries in Wonderland" theme for 2011, I had this crazy idea! I'd took a deck of cards, using them as backgrounds for badges.
Jokers, Aces and Faces were drawn on white paper, inked and colored with pencils and accented with various gel pens. (Some Ace cards had the addition of iridescent confetti ala mosaic application. Jokers have the addition of red cellophane.) After the art was done, the figure was cut out and laid over the card with either gold or silver leaf scattered about the background.
Number cards were drawn on brown paper, inked and colored in marker and pencil, accented with various gel pens. They were then cut out and placed over the card before lamination.
Each finished badge was given a ribbon to match the suit (red or black) which was attached to the badge clip. (These ribbons are removable, cause hey, not everyone likes ribbons.)
My due date for these to be finished is March 1st, 2011 and barring a couple of people being a bit late getting refs to me, I'm going to hit that deadline. :D
THERE ARE NO MORE OPEN SLOTS FOR THIS BADGE SERIES!
However, I do plan on doing other limited badge series in the future.

And some questions in advance:
1. Are human/"feral" (quad, non-anthro) animal characters possible?
2. Is a clothing theme (Alice in Wonderland?) mandatory for these?
3. Am I allowed to claim multiple spots? (Haha.)

Q&A time!
1) Humans I can do and I can attempt feral, though I'm better with creatures that walk upright. :) I guess what I'm sayin' is that I'm willing to try.
2) Clothing theme is totally optional, though if its not an Alice in Wonderland theme I'd just be doing something relatively simple anyways for the Number Cards in order to save my sanity.
3) Yep, you've be able to get more than one.
Oh! And I did initially open up for these at Anthrocon. I did expect to open up for these online much sooner but life decided to hand me some junk so everything got a bit delayed. This is also why I plan on opening up in smaller groups rather than for all the rest at once.
When I do open up for them, it'll be for slots. Then, once I have all those slots filled, I'll ask each person what card they want in the same order they got to me.
I want the 4 of hearts for my husband, Rouxx.
I want the 5 of hearts for myself, Porter.
Is it okay that I mail payment? I don't use PayPal, as they screwed me over not long ago.
This is a description area for the series/general list for the sake of keeping track of progress. Several times I mentioned I'm not quite ready yet to open up for new slots. When I do open up for them, a new journal will be made.
As far as payment goes, I don't take anything but paypal for online commissions at this point in time. :C
I might be interested in a badge in the future, though. Is $20 your normal badge price?
I drive to this con from Florida and generally get in before sunset on Thursday and would be using that evening/night to get as many badges in the hands of commissioners so they'd have them for the duration of the con. I'm not sure where exactly just yet, but it would be an easy-to-find location, possibly the hotel lobby or some other general gathering spot at the con hotel. I'll figure that bit out later. :) If people don't get in until after this initial hand out location, I'd just be making calls the next morning to those I have left. I'll likely be sitting around in the alley for some time on Friday. Either way, if not the Thursday evening pick-up, it would be a Friday morning thing.
Anyone not attending FWA will have it mailed before the con too. (Leaving this here just in case anyone wants to know.) Also, if for whatever reason someone planned to pick up at the con, but never shows up/responds to calls/has last minute issue and can't go, I'd mail them out after.
I've always wanted to make myself a badge on a playing card but never got around to trying it out.
I'll keep my eye open for when you open for more slots.
...now I'm hesitant to do the playing card badges I was planning on for FWA. They'd be a totally different style than these, but yours are SO much nicer.
Last time I opened up it I didn't announce when beforehand. This time I might give it a day's warning first. :)

What I'm going to do when opening for the remaining slots is to post a journal the day before which will state the day and time in which I'll post the open-slot journal. That way folks can be ready. :)
