I find that an overdose of tea usually kicks it away for me so I can get up (or at least have the energy to force myself through stuff), or, peanut butter on bread-it covers up the icky feeling in my stomach for me. For sinus pain, definitely drink some hot tea or spend like half an hour in the shower-works everytime for me (baths have the benefit of seeming to make me spit up any phlegm I had in my throat..) the headache I usually don't bother with, so can't help ya >.< Tylenol sometimes..sometimes helps

I take a couple 1000 mg vitamin tablets before I go to bed and when I wake up and eat anything with high citrus and I feel better within a day. And as for falling asleep if you can find it try name brand sleepfast its expensive and hard to find but it works really good. Hope you feel better

o and for headache the only thing that works for me is Aleve liquid gels and for sore throat use cepticol i think that is how you spell it but this stuff is a spray and it completely numbs your throat

Cepacol? (I prefer the green kind; the yellow kind tastes disgusting, I can hardly keep it in my mouth.)

Actually I got name wrong first time this is the stuff I was thinking of Chloraseptic throat spray I can't stand stand cepacol tablets chloraseptic completely numbs throat like novacain

Tablets? I use the mouth wash.

But yeah, Chloraseptic would help a lot with a sore throat.

Old remedy my gramma ddoes. Make homeade chicken noodle soup add lots of garlic to it and drink about three cups of orange juice within and hr of each othwer and you will feel better in an instant :3

I usually take some extra strength Tylenol 3.. and for sore throat - the best cure I find is tea with honey - HALLS usually works for me as well though...

For the sore throat, gurgle warm salt water in the back of your throat. When I was younger, my mom would make me eat hot and sour soup from the Chinese restaurant - which clears out the sinus pretty damn good. Otherwise, plenty of sleep and fluids (especially water). Some Advil will cure the headache but be careful not to OD on it.

Sorry to hear it kitty I got sick last week though I only had the sinus cold it seems I always like drinking back lots of hot lemon tea for sore throat and the like but like all remedies it only makes you feel better it doesn't actually cure anything so lots of rest is what you need though having to work kinda throws that off now doesn't it

An old friend of mine who's a traditional herbalist once recommended tea made with oregano and bay leaf. I made Red Rose, then poured it in a thermos before I left for work and put a teaspoon of crushed oregano and a couple of bay leaf halves in with it. They steeped on the way. I found it really did help and it doesn't taste half bad. I've also used ColdFX; it's expensive, but I find that it really does work.
