15. I have an obsession with getting my hair cut every two months. I start to freak if I don't, but when I do, I never manage to grow it out to the length I want to eventually achieve lol

I'd wish to have any and every toy I want (yes, that includes cars, boats, etc), to be able to tell my parents anything and not worry about what they'd say, and also to be able to fix a broken friendship and have it stay fixed
