Nice one on the fora - are you testing to see whether you're on the "ignore" list like many of the others who actually care?
Don't forget, the same goes for management as the tech platform, but Sean sadly still seems to believe that it's a sign of weakness and loss of control to not be doing "everything". We've played this out before; and will be the same old, presumably, with those offered commissions taking priority over actual strategic management of FA.
The irony in all this is that the only reason D. is site owner is because Alkora was willing to let go control bit-by-bit and have others help (largely my "fault", that, but the site was going nowhere whilst he was totally "hands on") - net result was meant to be that he was still on the "team" but he got kicked out unceremoniously and sweet-talked later in public despite being called "Failkora" behind his back. If Sean's thinking the same would/could happen to him if he "relinquished" any control that would be a strange line of thinking indeed, but there's been stranger in the past...

Good luck, nonetheless, if you're still trying to convince him re. improvement for the sake of the community but, sadly, I think you're on to a looser. And ditto on the site/strategic management, funding streams (heh; finally hosting nearly five years after that was discussed?), etc.
Sucker here for not "giving up" or "letting go" here, too. :)

I don't really want to speculate on Sean's thought processes, since they seem to be a vector for contagious mediocrity.

Really though, my intent here is no longer to cause the administration to fix things (because I am 99% certain that they have run off everyone who meets all of the following criteria: in the furry community, qualified, and gives a shit), but to raise enough hell to wake the users up to what's going on. Basically, a propaganda war.

Since they've torched their bridges with anyone useful, once enough users get fed up with the lies and the bullshit, the administration will rapidly find themselves between a rock and a hard place. Then things get interesting. 8)
