Government making cellphone numbers public

So next year the FTC/FCC is releasing all US numbers to the public that means that the telemarketers will now have your number >:( I just wanted to let people know if you wanna avoid the telemarketers from calling grab your phone and dial 888-382-1222 this is the number for the DO NOT CALL registry meaning if you get called by a telemarketer 31 days after being put on the do not call list they get a hefty fine you gotta add yourself every five years and it is free by the government . . . I feel that it is total BS that they are releasing numbers to the public it annoys the crap out of me but I just wanted to share this knowledge it takes a minute to do and its good for 5 years
It's still illegal to use predictive dialers and other devices to telemarketer cell phones. So even if they had our numbers they're not supposed to call by law. Doesn't stop them from doing it any way using predictive dialers...
Ahhem... If I get one more time share call I'm going to slap the person on the other end of the line.
