It was horrific. But at least after 11:15, you're not in the middle of nowhere, and mobile phones still work :S

I know the feeling, once I didn't have internet for two months, I started itching like a crack addict XD

It wouldn't have been so bad if I could have prepared for it.
But just suddenly being cut off completely from the world electronically was a little sudden and worrying.
Although, the hotel I was staying in did let me make outbound calls ... at a rate of 25p per minute :S
Its worrying how much I've come to rely on the internet :/

Me neither. I know it should worry me that I act like a crack addict during an intervention any time that I lose internets but I truely don't care :3 I loves my internets and I loves my furry fandom ... ... .. <.< ... >.> ... *tickles teh alien and flees*

because chicken noises are unexpected and cause the person to be distracted enough to be caught! XD

*twitches* don't remind me. It was like there HAD been some sort of natural disaster that wiped out the rest of humanity ... and I was stuck with snooty receptionists and a plethora of the walking dead ... or, if you prefer their actual description, the Cumbrian Middle Classes :S

I know. It was an absolute terror-fest ... and everyone was dressed like a hill-walker ... with good reason, I know, but still, it was a little purturbing.
Oh well, I'm back now ^^ thankfully :D
