They could not offer a job but people are phoning in and giving him work. Sure he might be displeasing to the eyes to look at, but he has a voice that you remember. Kinda like a voice Don LaFontaine had, sure you all are like who? But you heard him before. "In a world...." To bad he passed away in 2008.
And the later vids provided in the link just show that anyone can "clean up well".

Homeless people don't get jobs normally because jobs require you to have an address and a phone number. Plus I read somewhere that if you have not had a job in six months they look you over. All of this is just plain stupid in the way society and jobs do things.
