Animation help!

Anyone know of a small, and preferably free animation program? I have an idea for an icon that I wanna do based off a scene in a movie, BUT I don't have any animation programs. I know Photoshop comes with Imageready but since I never used it I think I got rid of it. DX

MsGif Animator will combine any pics you have and run the file through http://www.online-image-editor.com/index.cfm to shrink the file
