To anyone who uses Livestream

I need some help here if anyone is willing.
I've gone and made myself a Livestream account, mostly for video game and the rare drawing sessions. I went and downloaded Procast so that my screen will be shown. Only there's one problem I can't seem to fix. How do I get sound to be audible with Procast? Picture is fine but I had a friend watching and listening and there was never sound coming through (and his speakers were fine)

yeah everything is figured out now XD guess having the livestream page open while i stream is a really bad idea XD
