What's your opinion on cloning, specifically of Humans? And what do you think about the death penalty?

I'm not in favor of it just because I know how badly it would be exploited. Knowing the way humans are it would be bad before it is good. Though I'm all in favor of cloning organs and such.

As for the death penalty I think anybody who has committed a crime should be put to death. As they are a detriment to society they do not deserve to live within it. No taxes going to overcrowded prisons, no repeat offenders just one less criminal in society

I'm with you on capital punishment, to the limit of getting rid of murderers and people who commit 'lesser' crimes excessively. If a guy steals a thousand $1 bills on a thousand seperate occasions you can't just slap him on the wrist each time. He knows he's breaking the law, and we know he isn't making life for normal people any better.

However, I think cloning could be used to bolster our own military. This might be a little fantastical, but I figure they could engineer certain clones to be tougher than standard soldiers. Of course there's that "Terminator" scenario that everyone's concerned about...

Even for our military it could and more then likely would be used to oppress the people in some way. How could the people ever stand up for their rights against an endless military presence? No matter how much good could be done with it we all know what would really be done with it

Normally I'd smile at that thought, no senseless protesting or rioting against some 'controversial' laws regarding homosexual rights, or related hate crimes because everyone would be too damn afraid with a squad of soldiers at every Starbucks, but there is a strong possibility that it would be used to oppress the public. I guess.

Normally I wouldn't give two shits what happens to the rest of the world but what happens to them would likely happen to me and I do care about that.

I'm against any form of control that can be used against me

Its a complicated answer to a complicated question despite the seemingly simple nature of it. Its not as quite yes or no as it might seem. Oftentimes... no let me rephrase that it is almost ALWAYS me asking the girl if they would like to be my mate and that's usually followed by a stalwart rejection and an utterly ridiculous reason. You should be careful what you wish for, once you get into my mind you'll find a crazy world filled with dark desires and rampant uses of imagination.
