An extinguished flame...

All the brighter for its brevity:

RandomOnlooker, you were the best musician I have personally known and one of the kindest most unpretentious and just HAPPY people I have ever met. I'm glad to have known you.
For a while now I've been kind of afraid of talking to people online, including R.O.. The last thing I said to him was linking him to an aria from Wagner's Rheingold (Alberich's "Bin Ich Nun Frei?"), as conducted by Pierre Boulez as he couldn't really believe that that would be anything more than strange. I hope he enjoyed that, or something. thdfhdhdjkl.
I barely knew him and I am sad as all get out now. I am sorry for his girlfriend's loss and for the loss of his close friends who he seems to have cajoled into furriness.
If Plato's idea of the afterlife is correct, I hope you're playing the Ideal-Lute right now.
Live on in the sounds you've made and people you've touched.
Riposa in Pace.
