Big congrats! I've only lost about 10lbs since I started dieting last month, well, don't call it dieting really, just stopped eating a couple things and started drinking diet soda.
Lil tip that helps a surprising amount. Diet soda's got stuff that'll mess you up pretty bad in it, consider switching to seltzer water. Bit of fizz, a few flavors available, and pretty damn cheap too. Shop around, you could probably get some generic stuff for like 3 bucks a case. Pretty much takes care of soda addictions~
I agree with this guy, nearly 10 pounds a week is a dangerous rate of loss. Be sure your dietary needs are met, slow it down just a bit, and if this rate continues, have someone else check your vitals and measurements and whatnot. This is the kind of stuff eating disorders are made of.
Nutritionists and dietists usually say 0,5 Kg per week is the maximum weight loss you should abuse your body with in the long run. 21 Kg in six weeks is seven times the safe limit!
Using a diet as hard as Sugarcup will probably cause a rebound when she leaves it. In my opinion, it's way better to start training instead, and lose weight in a slow, safe way, and get stronger in the process.
Any diet article that mentions death by the third line concerns me deeply. Try to ignore that the article's a poorly-edited mess, it's got tons of references. Sugarcup, if you're actually reading this, go see your physician for a check-up, and a nutritionist as well. You may have already caused a fair bit of damage to your internal organs.
