Take a day off for yourself. Maybe write about what you'd like to achieve for the year. I know I have days I don't feel like doing anything, not even things that usually make me happy. Talking to friends can help with that as well.

To get into a drawing mood I like to warm up by listening to music and drawing whatever each song makes me think of, when the song ends move on to another drawing. Gets my mind to a more active point and loosens me up, might help you do something
