This economy is hurting every one, but even places like WalMart or any other big stores don't happen to be hiring where you live? Try sending in resumes to places, print them on nice fancy paper so they stand out, and drop them off even if they're not hiring. Sure working in retail isn't the greatest, but money is money.

Hun.. unemployment is 40% in my city, I'm fighting people who used to be bankers for cashier jobs.. and over 10,000 other people..

I used to work retail, untill they fired me. And I haven't been able to get anything since.

sometimes you can call them and let them know your situation..some companies work with you, if you make SOME payment they will know you are trying.. its better to get in touch with them and let them know whats going down and that you are trying

I have been getting in touch with them! They won't help me! They keep telling me to pay or they won't do anything.

That was one monthly payment..

I owe over 24,000 because of my damn student loans screwing up. Mostly because the financial advisor at the college I went to massively messed up, and now I can't do anything about it.
