advice on casting acrylic eyes?

Ok, so I've decided I'm going to attempt to cast my own realistic eyes for my suit...now I know how to do it...but I wondered if anyone had any tips? 'd love to just buy them, but I want the "follow" effect and just normal taxidermy glass eyes get very pricey when custom ordered :(
Tanu might have some good advice on how to do it.
