My boyfriend and I have broken up after 17 months together. We agreed that our long distance relationship was putting too much stress and unhappiness on me, and that it was for the best that we split up.
Neither of us wanted to break up...but yet here we are now. I already wasn't looking forward to Valentine's Day and now I wish it never even existed. I've never been asked out on dates to the movies, or dances, or dinner.
I really wish someone would set me up (not right now of course, but eventually) with a really sweet local guy....so I can finally have my first kiss....my first date....and just hold hands with somebody I deeply love. I've never had any of that :(
