Virtue and Vice is the unofficial RP server? Neat :)

Shame i already reached level 30 on Brave New World, lol. No big deal tho - it doesnt seem to take very long to get to max level :)

sweet someone else on virtue and vice, well then I am on that same sever me and my friends have several characters on that server though I am the only that really RP on there, I have a level 30 Nature/Shapeshifter hero that named Black Tiger, then I have my second that level 11 Kojin Firecat also hero. but if you want to hang around sometime be more then happy to do so.

I'm thinking of picking it up; not sure yet.

Have you played Champs/City of Heroes to compare? I have; CoH was...okay, Champs was fine. Hoping DC is great. :D

I played City of Heroes/Villains/Rogue quite a lot, it was my first MMO when CoH came out. I also have a lifetime sub for Champs.

DCU does not have the huge range of customization that the other two do, nor is it quite as large. However, it feels far more refined than Champions does, and the voice acting is marvelous in most cases. The more action combat is a nice change too. I'd say its well worth checking out if you are a fan of Super Hero MMOs, even more so if you like the DC setting in general.

I am still on the fence about getting this game. As interesting as it is sounds to create my own DC U hero/villain type character, I am a little disappointed at the list of possible powers and from the video's I have seen combat looks a little awkward.

basic combat is actually pretty easy to get your head around once you play for a while.

then at higher level PvP you will need to start using blocks, dodges and more advanced moves.

I wish, but for some reason, DC said it'll be available in my region as well, then at release it got banned from my region... By DC themselfs!
Maybe because of the joke i said about Batman in the cinematic =/

I enjoy DCU as well :)
