Birthday Time, oh dear lord

So, today, I have turned 29 years old. Its strange to think that I've been in this fandom for well over half my lifetime now. Next year I get to have a real existential crisis about my age, right?
But, its a day I normally dread, and despite a lot of stress and sadness, its been a surprisingly nice day. Nice treats from friends, things to look forward to, going to be naughty and treat myself to some nice food... Can't say its been bad! Heck, the BlazBlue Tag Battle folks even decided to release a bunch of new characters today. Thats totally just for me, right? :D
When Monster Hunter World releases in a few days, I'll likely start to resume streaming. Anyone planning on picking that up?

I'm much the same way, I kinda hate my birthday and everything it represents. 28 years old, I expected to be further in my life by now. Further in my life, my goals, my transition, etc. But the day itself turned out to be fairly tame. I had coffee with mom, got some nice cake later, my sister bought me a bunch of beauty products and honestly it was all fairly painless.
MHW came out too!!!
So very happy to be playing that right now <3
