It looks like you're forming thick outlines with a lot of very thin brushstrokes and it's leaving gaps in your lineart. Little hatch-marks sticking out, and your lines seem pretty uniform in thickness. There's a lot you could do with actual line width, I'm not saying you have to change that. But making your lines tidier would help

Though, I do realize some characters are styled and have anatomy's that don't work at all (lolbridgette), but, that just presents a challenge to try and translate common anatomy to stylized anatomy O:
