Using the Site Checkout System
Have you...
We have temporarily disabled the AlertPay shopping cart system, mostly because it's causing a lot of confusion for our customers and generally being useless (thank you so much, AlertPay). Until we get this sorted out, we are putting an alternate system in place.
Complete instructions are on the site, but the essence of it is: you open an AlertPay account and you click "Make Payment" and we send a money request to your AlertPay account. It requires an AlertPay account, but it is at least will let you pay.
Thank you all for your patience with us while we fend off bureaucracy.

"To maintain compliance with these governmental organizations, we are required to get to know you better, and verification makes this possible. If you have a Personal Starter or Pro account, you can still add, withdraw and transfer a limited amount of funds, but you must get verified when it is requested of you."
You can make transactions up to a certain amount, but beyond that you must verify. So you can make payment while you wait to be verified.
