Once again I've escaped from Psymon long enough to write some stuff...
I'm at work not even 5min and twist my freaking ankle. Hurt pretty damn bad, plus there was a "pop" which is never good.
Went to the nurses station, after removing my sock we were both greeted with a huge bump on the side of my foot. So after making the usual calls I had to wait for smeone to relieve me so I could go to the doctor.
Currently sitting and waitiing for my name to be called.

Get better soon. Ice for the swelling, yada yada yada. And try not to strain it too much. The more you rest, the faster you heal.
got plenty of ice on it and have it elevated.
