don't do the first come first serve way, it's unfair.
how about you let people post for a day or two, and then randomly pick however many you want. that way people actually have an equal chance (not like I win this crap anyway, why am I complaining).

I always find it as a way to make "FIRST" comments useful, except it's stupid because it's not equitative and it seems to be done by people who think they're popular enough to have such a contest or something.
