You don't have to start advertising in order to start taking commissions. If you have plenty of watchers already(and you might have more because I think your art style is awesome), why don't you make a journal saying you want to do commissions? Try to add detail to the journal, though.

In fact, I just saw that you have a pic in your gallery that explains everything, though personally I think some change of price is in order. But that is up to the artist and not the watcher in the end. When you make the journal, why don't you link everyone to that pic, but display your prices in the journal? You can even have the prices as a journal footer if you want.
